As a Product Manager in Addiction Medicine, you will be responsible for the overall management of a product.
Your responsibilities will include market analysis, defining product positioning, planning and implementing promotional activities, including product presentations, coordinating sales and communication efforts, as well as managing the product lifecycle.
You will play a crucial role in raising awareness, promoting, and distributing this product by training healthcare professionals and actively contributing to the risk reduction strategy.
- Develop and implement product promotion strategies targeting healthcare professionals, including personnel in addiction treatment centers, associations, and medical-social structures (CAARUD, CSAPA), as well as pain management facilities.
- Organize meetings with medical teams and addiction treatment center managers to present the product and address questions.
- Provide training to healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of the product.
- Participate in congresses and conferences on risk reduction to promote the proper use of the product.
- Collect and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of promotion strategies.
- Develop sales forecasts for the product at the national level, taking into account market trends and estimated needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with management and the pharmaceutical department to develop the product’s communication and development plan.
- Provide insights and feedback on the needs and expectations of healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of promotional materials, training resources, and product information documents.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and new developments in the field.
- Identify potential opportunities and challenges for the product and recommend strategic adjustments if necessary.
