Cevidra is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company, specialized in drugs for the hospital market (blood derivatives, rare diseases, oncology). Cevidra operates and distributes medicines in compassionate or early access; or under MA in its own name or on behalf of foreign laboratories.
We are recruiting for a permanent position of Pharmacist in charge of the Cevidra site.
The Job Description
As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the overall business development activities of the company.
Your responsibilities will include market intelligence and prospect identification, supporting client outreach and follow-up, preparing commercial materials, and assisting in the coordination of business development initiatives. You will contribute to the structuring and execution of commercial processes and support the development of long-term partnerships.
You will play a key role in supporting awareness, promotion and positioning of Cevidra’s services by assisting in client engagement activities, coordinating internal contributions and contributing to the efficiency and consistency of business development operations.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Support:
Support the identification and qualification of prospective pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners through market monitoring and database analysis.
Assist in preparing outreach campaigns, presentations and commercial documentation.
Support client follow-up activities, meeting preparation and post-meeting actions.
Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, opportunities and commercial activities.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, quotations and contractual documentation in coordination with internal teams.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the Business Development Director to support commercial strategy execution.
Coordinate with operations, market access, quality and logistics teams to ensure accurate scoping of services and consistent client messaging.
Support the preparation of internal briefs, reports and dashboards related to business development performance.
Market and Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activities relevant to early access, market access and pharmaceutical operations.
Identify potential opportunities and risks and contribute to strategic reflections and commercial positioning.

Profile
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales support or commercial coordination within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare sector.
- Self-motivated individual with strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with international stakeholders.
- University degree or equivalent with a scientific, pharmaceutical or life sciences background.
- Based in France, with flexibility for occasional travel in France and abroad.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology environment, including regulatory and market access considerations, would be an advantage.
